I was able to get the A/F correct but at 100 degrees on the dyno and a boost leak later I could only squeeze 446 out of it. I also was only able to get 19psi out of these turbos and they are wanting to spool more. The timing I was able to run was telling me these turbos still had more in them. I'm suspecting that with proper cooling, without the boost leak and 22psi I should be able to see 500+RWHP. I only made 10 pulls at the dyno because the boost just wouldn't go any higher so I gotta track that problem down - most likely it is the actuators not being tight enough.. I'll have to add in some preload to them to try and keep them tighter. These new 'prototype' turbos are ball bearing CHRA's, they bolt to the stock manifolds and have a 5 bolt downpipe flange. I will be spending some time getting the bugs out and seeing what it will do next week.
